Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm (Friday would be all Overtime pay)
This hands-on role in a Billerica-based cGMP environment focuses on the precise labeling and packaging of pharmaceuticals for worldwide distribution. You will perform manual visual inspections of filled vials and execute paper-based batch records with strict adherence to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced team setting, and possesses a solid understanding of cGMP and GDP guidelines.

responsibilities:
- Conduct manual visual inspections of filled vials per established qualification criteria.
- Execute labeling and packaging operations while ensuring area clearances, product accountability, and label control.
- Follow strict SOPs and accurately complete standardized paper-based forms and batch records.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members and internal groups to meet objectives.
- Exercise judgment for routine decisions and participate in continuous improvement projects to maximize efficiency.
- Adhere to industrial safety protocols, including material handling, chemical compatibility, and the use of protective equipment.
- Apply basic math and science skills within a manufacturing and labeling environment.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma with 1- 3 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations OR Associates Degree and at least some prior manufacturing relevant experience.
- Experience executing paper based batch records.
- Prior experience working in accordance with GDP and cGMP guidelines.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical processing and manufacturing, including issues pertaining to cGMP, and specialized processing equipment.
- Understanding or prior experience with ALCOA.
- Experience with automation
