responsibilities:
- Develop hands-on skills expertise in nano/microparticle formulations (e.g., lipid nanoparticle and polymer nanoparticles) and conjugation chemistry
- Maintain knowledge & expertise in technical areas of formulation characterization and assay development
- Expand experiences in immunology and chemical biology
- Engage with internal innovation team in formulating project concepts
- Validate technical prototypes
- Perform result analysis
- Document all the innovation work
- Support product launch and post-launch follow ups
- Collaborate with group members and stakeholders
- Lend insights into drug discovery and virtual demo tailed description of the services you require.

- Prior experience with formulation science, cell culture assays
