Under the direction of a Project Management Lead, the Project Management Intern will support the Oncology Project Management team in coordinating and tracking activities across drug development projects. This role provides exposure to the pharmaceutical development process, cross-functional team collaboration, and project management tools. The intern will assist in maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, and supporting team meetings to ensure timely execution of project objectives.

responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and updating project documentation, including timelines and meeting materials.
- Support the development and maintenance of integrated project plans under guidance from Project Management Leads.
- Help track key milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
- Participate in team meetings, take notes, and distribute summaries to stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for governance or leadership updates.
- Support organization and management of team collaboration spaces (e.g. SharePoint).
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Project Management function.

- Basic understanding of project management principles and interest in pharmaceutical development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
- Coursework or experience in project management is a plus.
