responsibilities:
This role supports the Analytical Instruments Group within the Instrument Enterprise Asset Management Services program, based in Norwood, MA.
- Oversee site and account operations in alignment with contract terms and Statements of Work, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and client retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Promote customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and asset/inventory management requirements.
- Monitor service delivery for timeliness, accuracy, and quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in internal systems (e.g., service requests, work orders, purchase orders, CMMS).
- Review service reports and invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and procedural compliance.
- Maintain service and financial documentation while ensuring vendor compliance.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for coordinating onsite equipment service, including engineer access and issue resolution.
- Support site service personnel and broader account needs.
- Adhere to all company safety, security, and operational policies.
- Meet with the customer's Lab Operations team 1-2 times per week to provide updates on service performance, key metrics, and open actions.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience (life sciences, healthcare, biomedical, agriculture, or related field)
- 2+ years of supervisory or people management experience
- Working knowledge of laboratory operations, safety protocols, and engineering processes
- Experience with CMMS and related data management systems; MaintainX, Limble, UpKeep, Fiix, and IBM Maximo, which manage assets, work orders, and inventory
skills: MS-EXCEL, Safety Data Analysis
