Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and in-process Environmental Monitoring (EM), EMPQs, and sampling for WFI and compressed gases.
- Perform data entry, review, and trending within LIMS to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot technical issues or test methods as required.
- Support quality system records, including the management of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Author and revise SOPs, protocols, and reports to maintain high GMP standards.
- Coordinate sample testing and logistics with both internal and external laboratories.
qualifications:
Required:
- STEM degree with 6 months to 2 years of experience in a GMP QC Microbiology laboratory.
- Hands-on experience with particle counters, viable air samplers, and gas sampling equipment.
- Knowledge of GMP, aseptic techniques, and general laboratory instrumentation.
- Proficiency with electronic databases including LIMS, SAP, or eQMS.
- Familiarity with FDA, EU, and ICH guidelines and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate scientific issues clearly.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional matrix environment.
