responsibilities:
- Platform Operations: Manage the day-to-day execution of the patient engagement platform, including inbox management, inquiry response, and the maintenance of operational processes.
- Content & Insights: Curate and distribute monthly newsletters and design patient insight surveys to capture the voice of the participant.
- Campaign Management: Execute pre-defined outreach campaigns using approved templates and schedules while monitoring feedback and reporting issues.
- Vendor Oversight: Select, manage, and evaluate third-party vendors for patient outreach and advertising to ensure brand alignment and high-quality results.
- Data Reporting: Compile monthly engagement metrics and insight data into standardized reports and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with technology teams to track project action items and ensure follow-up on project plans set by leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Update internal documentation on platform capabilities and share best practices across the clinical trial portfolio to advance inclusive research.
qualifications:
Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Pharma/Clinical Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of pharma-related or clinical research experience.
- Project Management: 3-5 years of dedicated study or project management experience.
- Communication: Proven ability to communicate persuasively with clarity and adaptability for diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Aptitude: Strong ability to leverage data to drive business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Organizational Mastery: High attention to detail for operational execution and vendor management.
- Advanced Education: Master's degree or other advanced degree.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines.
- Outreach Expertise: Experience in developing, launching, and refining patient engagement or outreach campaigns.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with managing digital patient platforms or research collaborative tools.
