- Education:
- Must possess a B.S. degree in Chemistry, Biology, or an equivalent physical science.
- Experience:
- Typically requires 1-4 years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Must have hands-on experience and knowledge of chromatographic methods.
- Familiarity with chromatography data systems (e.g., Empower).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience in method development is preferred.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP and FDA regulations.
- Soft Skills:
- Must be flexible and capable of changing projects and priorities as needed.
- Frequency: Greater than 75% of the time required for specific physical tasks.
- Handling: Must be able to transport objects and weigh materials up to specific limits.
- Dexterity: Precise use of hands and maintaining equilibrium is important for laboratory tasks.
