You will be working at a state-of-the-art Bioresearch Center in Worcester, a premier hub for biotechnology innovation featuring advanced bench-scale bioreactor systems and cutting-edge laboratory infrastructure. In this collaborative environment, you will bridge the gap between process development and large-scale manufacturing.

responsibilities:
- Support over 100+ 3L bioreactor systems, including setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and decontamination.
- Prepare stock solutions and cell culture media using aseptic filtration and aliquoting techniques.
- Execute routine sampling and feeding of ongoing cultures, including independent weekend support.
- Manage laboratory inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking raw materials and consumables.
- Perform daily calibration and verification checks for pH meters, cell counters, and biochemical analyzers.
- Maintain accurate data acquisition within both paper and electronic laboratory systems.
qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of and interest in cell biology.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
- Associate's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting.
