Responsibilities
- Perform routine and in-process Environmental Monitoring (EM) and EMPQ activities.
- Execute WFI and compressed gas sampling to support manufacturing operations.
- Manage data entry, review, and trending utilizing LIMS and electronic databases.
- Collaborate with internal/external labs for sample coordination and troubleshooting.
- Support quality systems through deviations, change controls, and CAPA records.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP protocols.
qualifications:
Required:
- STEM degree with 0.5-2 years of experience in a GMP QC microbiology laboratory.
- Hands-on experience with particle counters, viable air samplers, and gas equipment.
- Knowledge of GMP, aseptic techniques, and general laboratory instrumentation.
- Proficiency with LIMS, SAP, eQMS, or similar electronic databases.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate scientific issues clearly.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional matrix environment.
