responsibilities:
- Execute complex biochemical and biophysical characterization assays (including ELISA, CE-SDS, icIEF, and HPLC) to analyze recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies.
- Deliver critical analytical support across upstream (cell culture), downstream (purification), and bioconjugation groups during development and conformance runs.
- Formulate experimental plans, technical reports, and scale-down models essential for client IND and BLA regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with MSAT-PD, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve complex technical deviations and evaluate long-term formulation stability.
- Maintain meticulous, compliant records of laboratory execution and data analysis within official notebooks to ensure strict data integrity.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with 3+ years of experience in organic synthesis/bioconjugation.
- Strong CDMO experience supporting both upstream (cell culture) and downstream (purification) development phases.
- Proven background in antibody/protein characterization as it pertains to purification and bio-conjugation processes.
- Working knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines within GLP/cGMP compliant environments.
