We are seeking a Plasma Logistics Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role featuring a distinct weekend shift (Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM). This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead compliance, inventory integrity, and team performance within a state-of-the-art Plasma Logistics Center.

responsibilities:
- Supervise the receipt, handling, verification, storage, and distribution of human blood plasma to ensure strict conformance with SOPs, cGMPs, and OSHA standards.
- Interview, hire, train, and directly oversee non-exempt Plasma Operations team members while fostering positive employee relations and high quality standards.
- Coordinate and provide comprehensive oversight for all inventory transactions relating to the storage and movement of raw plasma.
- Partner closely with Quality Operations to evaluate incoming plasma lots and manage the disposition of non-conforming materials.
- Develop and maintain departmental SOPs to ensure processes accurately reflect current regulatory and company requirements.
qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, materials inventory planning, or distribution.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes related to raw plasma and inventory controls.
- Strong knowledge of cGMPs and other plasma regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership, independent decision-making capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Logistics or distribution experience specifically relating to raw plasma.
