responsibilities:
- Run and support the development of novel ELISA and MSD platform assays.
- Perform foundational bench work, including precise pipetting and buffer preparation.
- Maintain rigorous laboratory documentation using ELN and LIMS systems.
- Adapt quickly to evolving scientific protocols and changing project priorities.
- Utilize laboratory automation and digital tools to optimize daily workflows.
qualifications:
Required:
- 2-4 years of hands-on laboratory experience (or a Master's degree with strong practical lab experience).
- Direct experience running ELISA assays and utilizing foundational lab techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to strictly follow protocols and document work accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Experience with MSD platforms, antibody titration, or assay optimization.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory automation (e.g., Hamilton, Integra).
- Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot.
