responsibilities:
- Prepare vaccine components utilizing virus and cell culture techniques in an aseptic cleanroom environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and USDA regulations during process execution.
- Complete and review in-process documentation for accuracy, maintaining critical technical data and support documentation.
- Participate in root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) and escalate production disturbances.
- Support site projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and deviation/change control management.
- Maintain a tangible commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and lean manufacturing principles.
qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience working within a strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulated environment.
- Strong foundational knowledge of cleanroom protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Basic equipment and automation troubleshooting skills along with fundamental math proficiency.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related scientific field.
- One or more years of laboratory or biomanufacturing experience.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
