Working a stable first shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), this entry-level position provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in microbiological and environmental monitoring within a strict cGMP/cGLP compliant laboratory.

responsibilities:
- Conduct routine microbiological and environmental testing of pharmaceutical raw materials, finished products, and stability samples using compendial test methods.
- Implement validated testing protocols to ensure product quality, identifying and reporting any out-of-specification (OOS) or unexpected analytical results.
- Document, record, and report testing data accurately in accordance with prescribed laboratory data systems and standard operating procedures.
- Clean, organize, and maintain laboratory work areas, instrumentation, and testing supplies.
- Perform all laboratory duties in strict compliance with SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP), and corporate safety guidelines.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a Science discipline (Biology or Microbiology strongly preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, autonomous problem-solving skills, and excellent written/verbal communication.
- No prior professional experience required-ideal for entry-level candidates eager to learn.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (No Visa sponsorship allowed by client).
- Prior academic or internship experience inside a cGMP-regulated microbiological testing laboratory.
