responsibilities:
- Perform medical writing and research to support scientific publications, medical training programs, and promotional material reviews.
- Manage internal publication clearance and support local medical governance activities, including compliance tracking and SOP updates.
- Oversee and administer all department contracts, purchase orders, and fair market value assessments with healthcare providers (HCPs) and vendors.
- Coordinate medical inquiries, product research initiatives, and specialized medical fellowship programs.
- Interface regularly with procurement and legal departments to ensure total contractual compliance.
qualifications:
Required:
- B.Sc. in a biomedical science discipline (e.g., pharmacology, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, or medical sciences).
- Strong background working within a multi-stakeholder, multidisciplinary pharmaceutical or biomedical setting.
- Demonstrated experience managing contracts, purchase orders, or compliance tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to scientific detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like MS Teams.
- One or more years of direct medical writing or medical affairs experience.
- Familiarity with digital research tools and AI applications (e.g., MS AI Copilot, Perplexity).
