responsibilities:
- Characterize CHO cell lines utilizing advanced molecular biology techniques and contribute to expression vector design.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain flow cytometry and instrumentation within the development labs.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and clear laboratory documentation in strict compliance with GxP standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with bioprocess development teams to drive project goals and accelerate pipeline timelines.
- Actively participate in the laboratory's 5S program to ensure safe, smooth, and effective daily operations.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Cell/Molecular Biology or a closely related scientific field with 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in molecular biology techniques, including molecular cloning, PCR-based assays, gene expression, and sequencing analysis.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and troubleshooting abilities paired with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and digital PCR assays.
- Knowledge of genome editing technologies (CRISPR/Cas9) and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms.
