In this key role, you will support the onboarding of a critical new product line, ensuring testing accuracy, safety, and strict regulatory compliance.

responsibilities:
- Perform essential QC testing on incoming products using standard lab equipment, pipettes, and analytical tools to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Conduct aseptic techniques and microbiological testing, including bioburden testing, direct inoculation, and membrane filtration.
- Execute instrument validation activities, assisting with the development of validation protocols, test cases, and change control documentation.
- Perform visual inspections of samples and issue defect notifications for any out-of-specification results.
- Maintain clean, compliant documentation and efficiently enter test results into digital platforms.
qualifications:
Required:
- Associate's degree with 3+ years of lab experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related life sciences discipline.
- Hands-on experience with standard lab techniques (pipetting, pH meters, analytical balances, UV spectrophotometers).
- Background in aseptic techniques and microbiological methodologies (bioburden testing, direct inoculation, membrane filtration).
- Demonstrated experience in instrument validation, protocol execution, and technical writing.
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Branchburg, NJ (5 days per week).
- 1-2 years of experience within the medical device industry.
