responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage laboratory consumables inventory to ensure uninterrupted analytical testing.
- Maintain complete compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve consumable-related quality issues, deviations, and CAPAs.
- Manage accurate documentation for change controls, consumable specifications, and quality incidents.
- Support regulatory inspections by providing accurate records and subject matter expertise.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within material handling processes.
qualifications:
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in materials or consumables management, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong familiarity with inventory management tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, Ariba).
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in controlled/cleanroom environments.
- Solid understanding of basic quality control principles, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Chemistry, Biological Science, Engineering, or related field with relevant laboratory coursework.
