Join a premier global biotech leader at the Philadelphia Navy Yard as a Quality Systems Coordinator (Contract). This dynamic 3-6 month contract position (with potential for extension or conversion) offers an impactful opportunity to drive core Quality Management System (QMS) activities, document control, and audit readiness. On-site presence is preferred, with a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days/week on-site at the Navy Yard) considered.

responsibilities:
- Process and track key quality records, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and training records.
- Coordinate document control operations, including routing, review, issuance, archival, and reconciliation.
- Proactively review, revise, and update legacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Drive audit and inspection readiness through document retrieval and tracking observation trends.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely record updates and completion.
qualifications:
Required:
- Hands-on quality systems experience in a regulated life sciences environment (biotech or pharmaceutical).
- Practical experience navigating and working within eQMS software platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in document control, document archival, and SOP maintenance.
- Strong proactive ownership and detail-oriented coordination skills.
- Ability to work on-site at the Philadelphia Navy Yard location (minimum 3 days/week).
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
- Direct experience utilizing Dot Compliance or TrackWise Cloud platforms.
