In this dynamic onsite role, you will support manufacturing operations by ensuring the sterilization, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance of life-changing orthopedic products.

responsibilities:
- Conduct routine microbiological testing, water sampling, and environmental monitoring in compliance with USP, ISO, and cGMP standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with GDP and perform data entry for trending analysis.
- Identify microorganisms and assist in out-of-specification (OOS) investigations.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment while managing inventory and reagent preparation.
- Assist with the review of analytical worksheets as assigned.
qualifications:
Required:
- Strong knowledge of cGMPs, OSHA safety guidelines, and standard compendia testing methods.
- Proven ability to handle multiple testing assignments independently in a timely, compliant manner.
- Excellent manual dexterity and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- B.S. degree in Biological Sciences or a related field with 2+ years of QC microbiology laboratory experience.
- Prior experience with medical devices, aseptic technique, and environmental monitoring.
