responsibilities:
- Execute established Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) and Drug Product unit operations according to approved procedures.
- Prepare materials, buffers, and pilot-scale equipment while maintaining clean and safe work areas.
- Practice strict Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory and biomanufacturing equipment.
- Communicate process, material, or safety issues with clear technical context to cross-functional teams.
- Support onboarding, peer training, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience in a biotech manufacturing, development, quality, or laboratory environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.
- 2+ years of bioprocess manufacturing or development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF).
- Demonstrated success in bioprocess troubleshooting and technology transfer.
