responsibilities:
- Perform physical, chemical, and biochemical testing on drug product and drug substance samples utilizing Immunoassay and Separation techniques.
- Manage physical and electronic sample lifecycles while preparing laboratory standards, reagents, and solutions.
- Author and participate in laboratory investigations, review/approve laboratory data, and support continuous improvement (5S) initiatives.
- Revise SOPs, test Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) templates, and assist with analytical instrument validations and technical transfers.
- Maintain cGMP compliance while performing routine equipment calibration, maintenance, and audit readiness tasks.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on laboratory testing experience within a cGMP biopharmaceutical environment.
- Proven experience with biopharmaceutical assays, including ELISA (Protein A, HCP) and/or cIEF (iCE3, Maurice).
- Strong working knowledge of cGMP, ICH guidelines, FDA/USP/EP regulations, and data integrity standards.
- Familiarity with software systems such as SAP/ERP, LES, Empower, SoftMax, or Hamilton automated liquid handling.
