responsibilities:
- Run lab-scale downstream experiments to support process investigations, root-cause analyses, and process improvements.
- Conduct purification, filtration, and data collection to support late-stage clinical and commercial biologics.
- Perform data monitoring, trending, and review official documentation for continuous process verification.
- Apply GLP and GMP principles to all lab activities, instrument usage, and documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across downstream and upstream teams to achieve key project milestones.
qualifications:
Required:
- Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (0-2 years of Biotech experience preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, analysis, and report writing.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Positive, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work an 8-hour day schedule, including weekend work when necessary.
- Hands-on experience with downstream purification, filtration, pipetting, AKTA, Chromatography, or UFDF.
- Cell culture handling and aseptic technique experience.
