A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to drive quality execution across sterile manufacturing, filling, packaging, and inspection operations on a predictable 2-2-3 day shift schedule (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

responsibilities:
- Perform daily quality assessments of facility operations, personnel, and documentation in classified and non-classified areas for cGMP compliance.
- Provide real-time guidance on production floor operations, aseptic techniques, and batch record corrections.
- Participate in RAPID event responses, deviation investigations, and root cause analysis.
- Review and approve batch records, change controls, deviations, SOPs, and training documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive practical process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Microbiology, or a related scientific field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 4+ years of QA, QC, or manufacturing operations experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong background in sterile or aseptic processing operations.
- Proven technical writing experience for investigations, SOPs, and reports.
- Physical ability to work on the production floor, including prolonged standing, walking, and wearing required aseptic gowning.
- Professional certifications such as CQA or Six Sigma training.
