responsibilities:
- Perform aseptic gowning and execute daily operations within controlled cleanroom environments.
- Prepare, sterilize, and transfer essential manufacturing materials and equipment.
- Execute aseptic filling, compounding, and packaging processes while strictly following SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Monitor cleanroom environmental conditions, proactively reporting any potential contamination risks or deviations.
- Maintain complete, accurate batch records and perform routine sanitization, quality assurance, and validation activities.
qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols.
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and regulatory compliance standards in biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
- Ability to work comfortably in a sterile, regulated environment for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with basic computer proficiency and accurate documentation skills.
- Associate degree or technical training in life sciences.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in aseptic processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
