responsibilities:
- Maintain and culture primary, cancer, and immortalized mammalian cell lines.
- Generate and engineer novel cell lines (KO, KI, OE) for antibody discovery and assay development.
- Execute cellular assays and perform FACS analysis and cell sorting.
- Support technology development in cell line engineering and genome editing applications.
- Consolidate cell line assets into digital inventory systems and coordinate stocks across sites.
qualifications:
Required:
- MSc degree (non-PhD) in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.
- 2-5 years of biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture and cell line development.
- Practical experience with flow cytometry (FACS analysis and sorting) and cell-based assays.
- Knowledge of gene editing platforms (e.g., CRISPR, TALENs, ZFNs, or recombinases).
- Experience with digital lab asset tracking and inventory management solutions.
