We are seeking a strategic Specialist Regulatory & Scientific to oversee regulatory compliance for holistic health products, including dietary supplements and conventional foods. In this role, you will lead cross-functional alignment on product composition, labeling, health claims, and ingredient qualification to ensure seamless US market entry and portfolio compliance.

responsibilities:
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with US regulations across product composition, advertising, labeling, and digital communications.
- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, review, and substantiate Health Claims, Structure/Function claims, and ingredient qualifications (e.g., GRAS, NDI).
- Provide expert regulatory interpretation, guidance, and strategies to cross-functional business partners.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Product Development to identify innovative product claim opportunities and support I&R concept reviews at every stage gate.
- Advise on regulatory aspects of factory controls, testing protocols, product variances, and compliance criteria.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 5+ years of regulatory affairs experience in food or dietary supplements.
- Full expertise in US regulatory compliance (DSHEA, product composition, ingredient qualification, labeling, and Structure/Function claims).
- Proven ability to manage high-complexity projects and prioritize strategic workflows.
- Advanced degree (Master's, RD, or similar).
