This 100% on-site, 1st-shift position provides essential sample management oversight and regulatory documentation support within a dynamic cGMP laboratory setting.

responsibilities:
- Oversee QC in-process, release, raw material, stability, and development samples while maintaining associated regulatory documentation.
- Manage laboratory sample tracking and inventory systems to ensure full chain-of-custody compliance.
- Inspect incoming international/domestic sample shipments, evaluate temperature data logger reports, and resolve customs clearance issues.
- Author, revise, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical reports.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Facilities to address compliance items and implement corrective actions.
qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 6+ years, Associate's Degree with 4+ years, or Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline with 2+ years of GMP Quality Control Laboratory experience.
- Strong understanding of sample receipt and inventory management in a cGMP environment.
- Hands-on experience with both paper-based and Electronic Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Excellent oral/written communication skills with strong technical writing capabilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally across manufacturing and quality sites.
