responsibilities:
- Assemble product samples and prototypes while running standard lab test routines.
- Create and update technical specifications based on standardized information.
- Execute qualitative, quantitative, and sensory testing following strict standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Submit products for specialized analytical testing and accurately document findings.
- Utilize dedicated data and reporting systems (including SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS) to record results.
- Collaborate with product teams to conduct consumer and market research while refining the product backlog.
qualifications:
Required:
- High proficiency with basic computer tools and desktop applications.
- Proven technical rigor with a disciplined approach to following procedural work and reporting accurate data.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in R&D product research for testing, data entry, and documenting results.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks on time with high quality and communicate unexpected results promptly.
- Desirable experience with P&G systems (such as Veeva, Nexus, or MyLearning).
- Prior background placing or executing technical and sensory testing in the CPG or Pharma industry.
- Basic familiarity with test design or demo development.
