Fortune 100 manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Metallurgist. This position is located near Kingman, Arizona. The Metallurgist will work to establish quality processes to meet customer's expectations as well as contribute to all safety, quality, and profitability goals.
Company offers a direct-hire salary commensurate with experience ranging from $75K to $115K, plus bonus potential, relocation assistance, and other excellent benefits!
(Salary range listed does not include the bonus and profit sharing which can be an additional 30% on top of the base salary range shown.) All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

- Participate in safety, commercial excellence, and continuous improvement of the melting processes, as well as driving overall improvement of quality of the facility
- Help with process and product development, training efforts, and utilizing statistical process control tools
- Identify quality trends, root cause, and corrective actions for products
