The Instructional Designer will use 1 to 2 years of experience in eLearning development and instructional design to create engaging, compliant training materials using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and MS Office, while collaborating with SMEs and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, a strong portfolio and proficiency in adult learning principles are required. responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences across multiple formats (eLearn, instructor-led, multimedia, blended learning).
- Define learning objectives and restructure content for clarity and retention.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
- Create visual aids for both online and face-to-face learning experiences.
- Ensure learning materials meet legal and regulatory standards.
- Rewrite and simplify complex processes for training purposes.
- Build both asynchronous eLearning modules and synchronous, scenario-based training.
- Manage multiple training development projects under tight deadlines.
- Develop storyboards, conduct content research, and maintain production timelines.
- Proven ability to develop engaging eLearn and in-person experiences.
- strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex topics into digestible content.
- Bonus if experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Preferred Experience: 2-4 years of experience in instructional design and project management.
