Reputable and growing organization is looking to hire (direct hire) a Maintenance Manager in the Beaumont, Texas area.
This opportunity comes with a very competitive compensation plan commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $120k to $140k plus an annual bonus of 20%. Relocation assistance is available.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with proactive vs reactionary maintenance programs, preventative maintenance, excellent mechanical aptitude, CMMS and a track record of solid leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

responsibilities:
Essential Functions & Requirements:
-Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe
practices at all times
-Utilizes leadership skills to promote a safe and collaborative work environment for all team
members
-Oversees housekeeping activities for the shop, ensuring organization and promoting
excellence
-Implements spare parts organization and a robust spare parts tracking system
-Partners with the maintenance team to ensure the appropriate mechanical and electrical
skill sets are developed or acquired
-Develops improvement processes to reduce cost and improve plant operating efficiency
-Maintains cost control to support facility and organizational goals
-Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Education:
-Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
Experience:
-10+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience (required)
-5+ years of maintenance supervision experience (required)
-Experience utilizing CMMS (required)
-Experience with reliability excellence and preventative/predictive systems (required)
-Lean experience (preferred)
-BMS experience (preferred)
- DCS/PLC knowledge (preferred)
Competencies:
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines with shifting priorities
-Excellent problem resolution, with strong judgment and decision-making skills
-Written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with both
internal and external stakeholders
-Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role
