Join our clients' dynamic aviation team as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. In this pivotal role, you'll utilize your Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license to ensure the airworthiness of a diverse range of aircraft, ranging from commercial jets to corporate or military platforms. You'll perform maintenance, repairs, system alignments, and calibrations using approved FAA procedures and maintain accurate documentation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shift flexibility.

1st shift: 7am-4pm
2nd shift: 3:30pm-12am *(includes additional $0.50/hour differential)
Hourly Range: $30.00/hour to $36.00/hour

responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, replacement, and rebuilding of aircraft structures, systems, and components per FAA-approved procedures
- Assemble and install electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, mechanical, and structural parts using both hand and power tools
- Adjust, align, and calibrate systems with precision, using gauges, test equipment, shears, brake machines, welding tools, rivet guns, and drills
- Complete and sign off routine, non-routine, and customer-requested work cards accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized repair station and facility at all times
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisory or management staff
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 3-5 years of recent A&P experience
- Flexibility to work any shift
- Successful completion of background check, A&P credential verification, and DOT-compliant pre-employment drug screening
- Exceptional attention to detail and solid multitasking abilities
- Proficient in documenting maintenance accurately and comprehensively
- Effective verbal and written communication with high levels of discretion
