National manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Safety Supervisor. This position is located near Goodwater, Alabama. The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees in the manufacturing plant.
The salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $70K - $85K, plus a potential bonus, and other great benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across the plant
- Lead accident and incident investigations; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions
- Develop, deliver, and maintain safety training programs (e.g., PPE use, lockout/tagout, confined space entry, hot work, forklift safety)
