National manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Production Supervisor. This position is located near Terrell, Texas. The Production Supervisor will serve as a powder coatings subject matter expert as well as manage two powder coating lines to ensure products have high-quality finishes.
The salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $85K to $100K, plus a potential bonus, and other great benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of two powder coating lines, ensuring efficient production, minimal downtime, and compliance with safety and quality standards
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to achieve consistent, high-quality powder-coated finishes on retail shelving
- Serve as the primary technical expert on powder coating processes, troubleshooting issues, optimizing application techniques, and recommending equipment or process improvements
- Ensure all coating processes meet NACE standards, environmental regulations, and customer specifications
