We are in search of a Coordinator Specialist within the Iron Mountain MI area. We are seeking skilled candidates with end-to-end processing experience. You will coordinate between different departments (Plant Manager, Engineers, and Project Managers) to bridge the gap on procurement & payroll to 600+ employees. Responsibilities also include handling service inquiries from employees, managers, and business-unit stakeholders to provide information and resolve issues.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate production schedules with the Plant Manager, Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Handle receiving logistics and ensure timely material availability.
- Process weekly payroll for union employees (600+)
- Perform accurate and timely entry of job, salary, and personal data
- Maintain and update multiple Excel Workbooks used in processing
- Analyze and resolve data discrepancies between the payroll database and employee inquiries
- Comply with all audit requirements and internal control standards for supporting documentation and accuracy
