Seeking a Troubleshooting Technician to provide frontline technical support for electrical and communication systems. In this role, you'll remotely assist customers with troubleshooting voltage and connectivity issues ranging from 24Vac to 1000Vdc, across technologies like RS-485, Ethernet, fiber and wireless. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and field teams to perform root cause analysis and uphold expectational customer service standards. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you'll support clients across Latin America.

responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve voltage-related issue remotely, including both AC (24Vac-480Vac) and DC (5Vdc-1000Vdc) systems
- Diagnose and support communication systems sych as power-line communication, RS-485, wireless, fiber, cellular and Ethernet
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Management, Field Technicians, R&D, Sales, and internal teams to recolve technical issues
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses of product performance issues and document findings for continuous improvement
- Support customers in both English and Spanish, particularly in Latin American markets
- Apply knowledge of single-phase, three-phase, and DC electrical power systems in troubleshooting scenarios
- Reference and apply relevant electrical codes and standards when addressing technical issues
- Maintain a high level of customer service while working independently and managing multiple support cases
