An Incoming Quality Assurance Technician is needed for a manufacturing company considered one of the world's leading innovators in materials science in the Keene, NH area. This role involves inspecting and measuring components, recording data in Excel, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency.

responsibilities:
- Measure incoming parts to verify they meet drawing specifications using precision equipment.
- Enter measurement data into Excel, ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Operate measurement tools like Luphoscan or White Light Interferometer.
- Collaborate with engineers to refine and implement inspection processes.
- Use quality systems to manage inspections and address non-conforming materials.
- Communicate with Planning, Purchasing, and Production to align on priorities and maintain workflow.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance inspection efficiency and effectiveness.
- Inspect and sort quarantined or suspect components for quality concerns.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Effective communication and positive team interaction skills.
- strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical education preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics or data collection/mining.
