A prominent automotive parts manufacturing company (injection molding and assembly) in the Novi, MI area is seeking a Plant GM. The GM will be a customer facing role. The GM will work with customers as a service provider, and host customers in the plant. This GM will manage the entire North American client base for the company. The ideal candidate will be Chinese speaking (fluent) and understand Chinese culture. This candidate will ideally have experience working with Tesla, Honda, BMW or GM as customers. The positioin is salaried in the $170K+ range.

- Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and
procedures are followed.
- Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers'
expectations
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and
maintaining current quality standards
- Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
