An E&C Engineer is needed for a utility holding company in the Brush, CO area. This role manages multiple emergent and base capital projects at utility power facilities, blending engineering knowledge with hands-on project management at the Pawnee and Manchief plants.

responsibilities:
- Lead and manage emergent capital projects from start to finish.
- Provide support for larger base capital projects at the two facilities.
- Work closely with reliability engineering to define scopes and justifications.
- Handle project processes through the emergent capital request system.
- Manage up to 20 concurrent small-scale projects, and assist with larger ones.
- strong project management skills essential.
- Experience in utility or industrial plant settings is preferred.
