Reputable and growing organization located in Indianapolis, In is looking for a Reliability Engineer who can be groomed to become a Reliability Manager.
This role comes with a very appealing compensation plan commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $130k to $160k plus an annual bonus.
Relocation assistance is also available.

responsibilities:
-Responsible for the companies reliability and risk aversion across the enterprise by developing reliability plans and proactive/preventative maintenance strategies, conducting root cause analysis, analyzing data and creating capital plans.
-Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes and maintaining safe practices at all times
-Actively reviews practices, workflows and systems to identify opportunities and advises on appropriate interventions for process improvements that impact production and business results
-Facilitates change management by engaging with cross functional teams to foster a culture of proactive reliability improvements; provides training and support to employees at all levels to encourage the adoption of new processes and tools
-Drives knowledge exchange with technology experts to increase awareness of potential improvement opportunities
-Encourage innovative thinking and explores new technologies or methodologies that could further enhance reliability within the company
-Conducts root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems
Education:
-Bachelor's degree in engineering (required), in mechanical or industrial engineering (preferred)
Experience:
-Ideally 10 years of proven experience in reliability engineering
-7 years of project management experience
-Previous experience in industrial maintenance: background in heavy engineering/continuous process industries
Competencies:
-Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, drive change and influence others
-Results oriented with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources
