An Instrument & Controls Technician is needed for a leading manufacturing organization in Fairburn, GA. The I&C Technician is responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of high-speed packaging equipment. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting automation systems critical to our manufacturing operations.
Qualified candidates will have experience with PLCs, servo motor drives, HMIs, and robotic systems. A background in industrial electrical systems, along with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and documentation, is essential. Familiarity with AB, Siemens, and GE PLCs, HMI terminals, and robotic systems (Fanuc/ABB). Candidates should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a focus on safety and quality. Out client has openings on both the day and night shift. These are 12 hours shifts, with OT available. Our client is only seeking local talent at this time.
