We're seeking a Senior Construction Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments to lead retail and distribution construction projects across multiple markets. responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end construction project management across retail and distribution builds, from site selection through final handoff.
- Oversee internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget, and code-compliant project delivery.
- Coordinate with Real Estate, Design, and Operations to develop site plans, secure permits, and align with brand standards.
- Review and manage construction documents, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance throughout the lifecycle.
- Serve as coach and player-guiding team execution while remaining hands-on with field visits, issue resolution, and punch lists.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or in-house leadership role.
