Required Qualificiations:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration
- Knowledgeable of CMT testing requirements and geotechnical engineering
- Experience overseeing civil projects (commercial, industrial, retail, government, office and residential)
- Experience managing a team of engineers and technicians

responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall management of the branch, including planning, growth, profitability, cost control, employee development, quality control, and client relations
- Client development, technical execution and project management of work related to Construction Materials Testing and Geotechnical Consulting
- Responsible for overall management of consulting services and projects to ensure performance and profitability
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, evaluate, and guide their performance
- Supervise the preparation of routine proposals and quotations to clients to ensure proper scoping of services, availability of manpower, and pricing

- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
