Are you a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on seeing projects through from concept to completion? Our client transforms metal in to precision-cast parts using industrial machinery, robotics, and automation.
In this critical role, you will get direct guidance from leadership and own a diverse range of projects focused on optimizing automated processes, which include robotics, end-of-arm tooling, and vision systems.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in a heavy manufacturing environment; experience in the automotive industry is a major plus.
- 3D modeling, specifically with SolidWorks.
- Demonstrated experience with automation, robotics, and PLC integration.
- A track record of designing tooling, jigs, and fixtures for manufacturing processes.

- Designing and implementing production tooling and fixtures using SolidWorks.
- Spearheading automation and robotics projects to boost efficiency and quality.
- Managing process improvement projects from concept through to commissioning, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget goals.
- Leading design reviews and performing FMEAs on new and existing products.
- Acting as a key technical resource, applying Lean Manufacturing principles to solve complex production challenges.
