The EHS Lead would manage the Indianapolis site's EHS program. This includes maintaining regulatory compliance, implementing and improving EHS Management Systems, leading EHS training, and collaborating with teams to mitigate risks from site activities.

responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously improve traditional industrial hygiene programs, including ventilation, indoor air quality, noise, and ionizing/non-ionizing radiation.
- Develop, implement, and communicate EHS programs to enhance employee awareness and compliance.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative industrial hygiene assessments to evaluate exposures and determine necessary controls.
- Coordinate with outside labs, insurance, and consultants for Industrial Hygiene and Safety compliance, sampling, and monitoring.
- Develop, maintain, and advance specific EHS program areas and support assigned buildings/organizations.
