- Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve safety standards
- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve safety problems
- Develop and implement safety tracking and quality control systems
- Coordinate and participate in meetings
- Ensuring employees are adhering to safety policies
- Experience with OSHA 30
- 8+ years of construction safety experience
