The position will be based REMOTE in the Northeast region (East of OH, VA, or Northeast region).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least five (5) years experience in application engineering, product development, or maintenance engineering
- Industrial seals experience
- Mechanical aptitude and ability
- Must be willing to travel (30%)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree/experience

responsibilities:
- Supporting distributors and end users in the Northeast by providing with best-in-class product, technical support, and services
- Be the technical expert in the specific Industrial product categories (Seals, Heavy Industrial Seals, Fluid Power Seals)
- Collaborate with sales, business development, product management, product development, and marketing to support customers
- Visit Customers regularly (Distributors and End Users) to understand applications, solve problems, build relationships, and drive opportunity
- Assist in defining the overall product strategy, product roadmap, and sales strategy
- Provide installation assistance, trouble shooting, failure analysis to Customers
- Support manufacturing and product development with insights and strategic direction
