A Pre-Fabrication / Fabrication Manager to lead the full lifecycle of operations within our fabrication and process piping factory. This pivotal role involves overseeing everything from estimating to fabrication and field execution, helping shape the strategic direction of our organization. You'll drive profitability and ensure top-tier safety, quality, and schedule performance on diverse industrial and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in process piping fabrication and installation, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership position. An understanding of ASME codes, welding standards, and project execution best practices is essential. This contract-to-direct hire role offers a temporary living allowance for qualified candidates, and relocation when direct. This role is in Zanesville, OH.

responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations spanning estimating, procurement, fabrication, and field execution.
- Oversee project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
- Collaborate with engineering and detailing teams to ensure compliance with ASME B31.3 and other relevant codes.
- Develop and manage procurement strategies, vendor relationships, and material logistics.
- Manage complex, multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion.
