An Operations Analyst for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Flower Mound, TX area. This role involves independently developing and adjusting production plans and schedules to meet manufacturing targets, using engineering data and production specifications to ensure efficient use of resources.

responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans aligned with output targets, quality standards, and cost/waste goals.
- Interpret engineering plans, contracts, and production specs to create production schedules and resource estimates.
- Estimate and coordinate labor, tools, and equipment needed for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production activities and analyze data to ensure materials flow in sync with production needs.
- Adjust schedules as necessary for backlogs, labor/material shortages, or design changes.
- Generate work orders and purchase requests according to production requirements.
- Evaluate production specs and plant capacity to determine processes and calculate machine/operator loads.
- Operate as an individual contributor, applying professional judgment and working independently.
